Refund Policy

Simple refund rules for temple services, bookings and donations.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • • Duplicate payment captured for the same order.
  • • Booking/service not accepted by temple authority.
  • • Technical failure where amount is received but order is not created.

Non-Refundable Components

  • • Convenience fees and gateway charges.
  • • Applicable GST/taxes already remitted.
  • • Any booking after chart preparation (usually within 24 hours before pooja).

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days and may take additional time based on your bank/card network.

Failed Transactions

If money is debited but order is not confirmed, first check with your bank/payment app. If not auto-reversed within standard bank SLA, contact us with transaction reference details.
